Every X handle already has a delivery address
Point a Pons coin's creator fee at it and the money arrives on its own. Wire Office claims it on chain, turns it into USDG and holds it until the handle proves it is the handle. We launch nothing and take no cut of a launch.
Activity
·An address is worked out from the handle itself, so it exists before anything is deployed.
Check where a coin actually pays. The chain is read directly; a coin that points somewhere else says so.

Docs →Address
Read the delivery address of a handle. It is derived from the handle, identical for everyone and cannot be swapped.
Point
Launch on Pons with that address as the creator fee recipient. Any launcher, any coin, no permission from us.
Wire
Anyone can run a box: it sweeps the curve, claims the escrow, keeps 5% for the $WIRE burn and turns the rest into USDG.
Claim
The handle posts a code, the oracle signs it, and after 48 hours the dollars go to that wallet, now and on every later wire.
Proof
Robinhood Chain · 4663$WIRE
What the office fee buys and burns. No tax of its own, no privileges in the protocol.
The contracts
The guardian can only cancel a pending binding and rotate the oracle after a public 48 hour notice. It cannot touch a box.
